Sustainability has become an increasingly important part of our lives. At Harvest, we believe that living harmoniously with the earth results in the best flavours. Our ethos is to create food that is beautifully grown, sustainable, seasonal and local.
Through composting all our green waste, to the instalment of solar panels and our onsite greywater treatment facility, Harvest is ever moving towards lessening our environmental footprint and ultimately, giving back to the earth. We are always looking for the next innovation to make our impact all that more gentle.
