Sustainability

Sustainability sat at the heart of everything Harvest Newrybar did. The kitchen worked hand in hand with the venue’s own organic gardens and a close network of Byron hinterland growers, choosing fresh, local and organic produce wherever it could. Menus followed the seasons, waste was kept low, and the emphasis stayed on honest food that reflected the region it came from.
